We chase late-paying business customers for you. If we don’t recover your money, you pay nothing.

Every unpaid invoice is wages, stock and growth stuck in someone else’s bank account. Chasing it yourself costs time, and it’s awkward.
Hand it over, then get back to running your business. We keep you updated at every stage.
Create a free account, verify your business (instant for limited companies), and upload the invoice with a few details about your customer.
Emails, calls and formal letters, in a firm but polite tone that protects your customer relationship. Log in any time to see exactly what stage it’s at.
The money goes straight to your account. We take our fee only from what’s recovered. Nothing recovered, nothing to pay.
A percentage of what we recover. The bigger the debt, the lower the rate.
For everyday invoices that slipped through the cracks.
For larger jobs and contracts that have gone quiet.
For significant debts that need sustained attention.
Built for small businesses who want their money back and their customer relationships intact.
“I started Chaseworth because I saw good businesses struggle, not for lack of work, but because the money they’d earned never turned up.”
Every invoice you send us is handled professionally. You’ll always know where things stand, and we’ll never do anything that puts your customer relationship at risk without asking you first.

Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, you can add interest and fixed compensation to overdue business invoices.
Use the base rate in force on 30 June or 31 December before the debt became overdue.
Guide only, not legal advice. Statutory interest is 8% plus the base rate. Compensation is £40 for debts under £1,000, £70 up to £9,999.99, and £100 for £10,000 or more.
You pay nothing. No setup fee, no admin charge, no hidden costs.
No. We’re firm but polite. The aim is to get you paid while keeping the relationship intact wherever possible.
You, directly. The money goes into your account, and we invoice you for our fee afterwards.
Log in to your account at any time. Each invoice shows its current stage, from reminder emails and calls to formal letters and payment, with dated updates from us.
We only act for genuine businesses, which protects you and the customers we contact. Limited companies are checked automatically against Companies House. Sole traders upload one document, which we check within one working day.
Our full chasing process runs for about 30 days. Many invoices are paid well before that.
We send a formal letter before action. Court is always your choice, and we’ll explain the costs clearly before anything happens.
We pause chasing and help you get the details of the dispute in writing, so you can decide on the next step.
Your data and your customer’s data are handled under UK GDPR. Read our privacy policy for full details.
Your free account shows every invoice you’ve sent us, what we’ve done so far, and what happens next. We verify every client, so we only ever act for genuine businesses.
